The drummergirl logo on the Web site takes advantage of the all caps face ITC Beesknees. Nominated for an academy award and Sundance award winner “Regret to Inform” is a documentary about losing a loved one in Vietnam. Barbara Sonneborn is both the filmmaker and wife who loses her husband in Vietnam in 1968. In 1988 she embarks on a journey through Vietnam encountering other American and Vietnamese Widows and the impact war had on them. The poster for “Regret to Inform” takes advantage of Thomas Finke’s Bergell abstract and yet artistic features. Bergell is highly legible and benefits from generous letter spacing and will enhance any work where an elegant, artistic appearance is desired.
