Free Font with Every Purchase
As a thank-you for shopping with us, every order on ITCFonts.com includes a free font. Simply add a product to your cart, and we'll add Mac and Windows version of the free font to your cart automatically – another great reason to shop at ITCFonts.com! The free font will change each month, so come back frequently and watch how quickly your font collection grows!

User Accounts
ITCFonts.com user accounts contain your contact information for quick and easy checkouts. Mail preferences are also stored in user accounts. You can elect to receive Impressions, our semi-monthly electronic newsletter or National Typographic, our printed newsletter, mailed quarterly. A record of every order you've made while logged in to ITCFonts.com is saved on your Order History page. Access your Order History to download or email products from previous purchases. You may update your contact information or mail preferences at any time by logging in and clicking the Your Account link found in the footer of every ITCFonts.com page.

To create a new account or to login, click the “Account Login” navigation button on the top righthand corner of each page. Once logged in, you can cllick the “Account Logout” button to logout.

Order History: Access Previous Orders
Have trouble keeping track of your font data? You can now access previous orders made while logged in to ITCFonts.com. To take advantage of this new feature, create a free ITCFonts.com user account and make all of your future purchases while logged in. Click Your Account to view your orders made while logged in. Sorry, you will not be able to access any purchases made anonymously (not logged in) and we are unable to add anonymous purchases to your order history. Although we hope you will find this to be a useful tool, we strongly recommend backing up all font data you order.

Separate Font Formats
Previously, all non-OpenType products sold on ITCFonts.com included both PostScript and TrueType data. PostScript and TrueType data is now being sold separately. We've lowered our prices to reflect the fact that customers are now receiving a single format.

New Fonts and Foundries
We've expanded our inventory to offer fonts from many foundries – not just those from ITC. Try searching for your favorite fonts and foundries. Chances are, we've got them. And stay tuned, we'll continue to add new designs and more foundries.

New Delivery Methods
Fonts ordered from ITCFonts.com are delivered to customers one of two ways: by download or by email. Most fonts can only be downloaded. However, fonts from the FontFont and Font Bureau foundries cannot be downloaded and are emailed to the email address provided immediately following the completion of the transaction.

Multi-User Licenses
Fonts sold on ITCFonts.com are licensed for a particular number of users (typically one to five). When viewing products in your shopping cart, the default number shown in the “Users” field represents the maximum number of users covered by the standard license agreement. If you would like to increase the number of users, you may purchase an MUL (multi-user license) by increasing the number in the “Users” field and clicking the “Update Cart” button.

The cost of an MUL may be cheaper than you think. Pricing varies between foundries, but fonts typically become cheaper per user as more users are added. There is a limit to the number of users that can be added to an online font purchase. This limit also varies between foundries, but is typically 200 users. If you exceed this limit, you will be asked to contact us by phone to purchase the MUL.

New Search and Search Options
We’ve improved all of the search options on ITCFonts.com. The “Font Search” box, located at the top of every page, can be used to search for fonts by name or keyword. It will also return any articles, PDFs, or other content that is relevant to your search terms.

Products are listed at the top of the results. Any relevant ITCFonts.com Web pages and articles are listed in the middle of the results, beneath the “Articles” heading. Any relevant PDFs found on the site are listed at the bottom of the results beneath the “Related Assets” heading.

For a more advanced search, click the Expert Search link just below the Go! button. In addition to the Keyword, Classification, Designer and Alpha tools you may have used before, this page contains a handful of new categories you can use to search for fonts. The Foundry option will return a list of all the fonts associated with the foundry selected. Click the “Libraries,” “Packages” and “Volumes” links to display all of the libraries, packages or volumes sold on ITCFonts.com.

Results Filters
After performing a search on the Font Search page, you will be directed to a page of results. Results pages can be filtered by platform (Macintosh or Windows) and/or font format (PostScript, TrueType or OpenType). Use these filters to display only the products that are available in the platform and format combination that you desire.

More Descriptive Product Pages
ITCFonts.com product pages now contain more information about the typefaces. Product pages display the source foundry (the foundry that provided Monotype Imaging with the data), the design foundry (the foundry that contributed to the design), the designer (when available) and the classification of the design. Clicking on these attributes will generate a list of products that share that attribute.

If the product contains a Euro, a Euro symbol (€) appears beneath the buy button. If the font has been ESQ hinted, “ESQ” appears beneath the buy button.
